Holding international certifications in fitness and nutrition, her expertise spans women's fitness, strength training, post and prenatal training, Lagree, corrective exercise, and more.

Acknowledged as an Elite Trainer by the International Sports Sciences Association in 2021, Maria boasts over a decade of industry experience. She not only guides individuals to surpass
their fitness goals but also mentors fellow trainers over the years, spreading the wealth of her knowledge.
Maria's impact extends beyond the physical; as a former psychologist, she brings a holistic touch to her sessions, addressing mental and emotional well-being. Introducing Coach Terence! Specializing in calisthenics and lifting, Terence embarked on his fitness journey in 2011, prioritizing feeling strong over just looking good.

Since 2013, he's been juggling weight training and mastering the art of calisthenics finding bliss in teaching and sharing knowledge. Terence lives by Socrates' wisdom, believing it's a shame to grow old without discovering the beauty and strength your body is capable of.

Introducing Coach PJ, your ultimate gym hype-girl with a passion for all things bootylicious! PJ is here to make your fitness journey as fun as it is effective.

Specializing in booty-focused workouts, PJ is dedicated to boosting your gym confidence. Whether she's guiding you through equipment or crafting alternative workouts, she's got your back. With 11 years of experience as a rugby player, she is no stranger to the power of leg day. Recently, she conquered the powerlifting scene, earning the title of Best Female Lifter for both the National Qualifier 2023 and the Brunei National 2023. Additionally, PJ secured 1st place in the U69KG Brunei Powerlifting National and competed in the Asian Powerlifting Championships Johor 2023.

When she’s not lifting weights, you can catch her vibing to EDMs and house music, turning every workout into a party. As a former cabin crew member, she understands the importance of self-care and is on a mission to empower women to embrace fitness as a form of self-love.

Introducing Coach Hadirah, our lively motivator with a heart of gold! Passionate about CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting, she's the dynamo who brings a burst of energy to every session. Get ready for the loudest cheers and encouragement you've ever experienced.
Hadirah isn't just a coach; she's a motivator, hyping up workouts with the beats of Taylor Swift and Olivia Rodrigo. Her love for CrossFit and weightlifting is contagious, turning each session into a celebration of strength and progress.
Her list of achievements reads like a champion's tale: 1st runner-up in Borneo Fittest 2022, 1st place in Head 2 Head FFC Sarawak Opens 2023, and a top 5 finish in Pandora x45 competition. As the crowned champion in the national senior and youth weightlifting championship, Hadirah's commitment to excellence is unmatched.
However, behind the medals and cheers is a coach who's continually learning, aiming to master not just CrossFit and weightlifting but also gymnastics. Hadirah is proof that fitness isn't just a workout; it's a journey of perpetual growth and achievement.

Meet Coach Rafie, Brunei’s very own national OCR coach! Rafie is a certified World Obstacle Coach Level 1 and 2. Specializing in Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) and strength and conditioning, Rafie is the go-to guy for an adventurous and effective fitness journey.
As an obstacle and Spartan races enthusiast, Rafie doesn't just talk the talk – he walks the mud-covered walk. Currently, he proudly serves as the national team coach for Brunei's OCR national team, leading the charge in Sea Games and other international competitions.
Rafie's expertise isn't confined to the racecourse; it spills over into strength and conditioning and circuit training. Count on him to prioritize form above all else, ensuring your safety is the number one priority in every class.
Under Coach Rafie's guidance, you can expect a coach who will push you to your safe limit, making every effort count towards your fitness goals.

Meet Coach Lil, our nurturing powerhouse with a gentle touch and a relentless drive! Specializing in Pilates, Barre, and martial arts, Lil is your guide to building safe movement foundations in fitness classes.
Behind Lil's calm demeanor lies the spirit of a Tiger Mama raising two little ones under three. But that's not all – she's a former karate national athlete with a whopping 13 years of martial arts experience. Imagine the perfect fusion of maternal care and fierce determination – that's Coach Lil in action!

DEXTER
Coach
Meet Coach Dexter, he began his fitness journey in 2014 with a passion for calisthenics and bodyweight training. As he progressed, he discovered the importance of flexibility and mobility in mastering advanced skills, which led him to explore deeper into these areas. Certified under the Stretch Therapy System since 2017, Dexter specialises in helping adults improve their flexibility and achieve a sense of freedom and relaxation in their bodies. Whether you’re aiming to achieve the full splits or simply want to feel more at ease, he believes it’s never too late to start stretching.
Additionally, Dexter is a dedicated student of Anatomy in Motion, a system focused on understanding how joint movement—or lack thereof—affects the body as a whole. With a keen interest in uncovering what might be “stuck” in the body, Dexter is passionate about helping you regain pain-free movement and fluidity.
