WHICH CLASSES ARE INCLUDED IN THE MEGAFORMER CLASS PASS AND FUNCTIONAL CLASS PASS?The Megaformer Class Pass is valid for SOLID CORE, STRONG CORE, KALLOS CORE, and CARDIO CORE classes only. Meanwhile, the Functional Class Pass covers STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING, CALISTHENICS, CONDITIONING, STRONG FUNDAMENTALS, STRONG LOWER, and STRONG UPPER classes.

DO I NEED TO PRE-BOOK MY SESSIONS?Yes - Bookings are essential as we do cap our session sizes to suit our space and for quality coaching purposes.

WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST CLASS?For your first class, arrive 15 minutes early (10 minutes for regular attendees). Wear comfortable fitness attire suitable for movement (bare feet or grip socks). Bring your own towel and water bottle. Please note, late entry is not allowed once the class starts, and it may lead to the forfeiture of your class pass.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M LATE TO MY SESSION?Unfortunately, we can't admit latecomers to maintain the class's flow and prioritize everyone's safety.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND A SESSION I BOOKED? HOW DO I CANCEL THE BOOKING?Please cancel your booking on the MINDBODY app if you are unable to attend the session at your earliest convenience as this will allow someone else to fill your place. Please note that due to limited space, we do have a 12-hour late cancellation window - any cancellations within 12 hours of a class will see one of your class credits forfeited.

WHAT IS SWEAT'S LADIES DAY?SWEAT's Ladies Day is observed all day every Wednesday, where group classes conducted at SWEAT are exclusively for female clients. These classes are led by our dedicated team of female trainers.

DO YOU OFFER OPEN GYM ACCESS AT YOUR FACILITIES?No, we don't offer open gym access. Our facilities are exclusively open for scheduled group classes and personal training sessions with our in-house trainers.

CAN I BRING MY OWN TRAINER FOR PERSONAL TRAINING?No, we only allow sessions with our in-house trainers at our facilities.

ARE THERE CHANGING FACILITIES AVAILABLE?Yes, we provide changing facilities for your convenience. However, please note that we do not have shower facilities at this time.
